How to properly use and maintain mechanical transmission rubber rollers?
When dealing with silicone rollers, mechanical drive rollers, printing and dyeing rollers, printing rollers, steel rollers, mining rollers, chemical rollers, sewage treatment rollers, woodworking rollers, polyurethane rollers, PU rollers, and other roller products, attention should also be paid to the maintenance of the products.
The correct method of using rollers lies in the fact that the internal structure of newly cast rollers is not yet stable enough. If put into use immediately, it can easily reduce the service life. Therefore, newly produced rollers should be placed for a period of time to allow them to adapt to the ambient temperature and humidity, maintaining a relatively stable state, which can increase the toughness of the gel and thus improve durability.
Second, the rollers to be used should be cleaned thoroughly and then wrapped in plastic film, placed on the roller rack. They must not be casually piled together or leaned against the wall, to avoid unnecessary damage to the gel. Waste rollers during transportation for processing and casting should not be thrown around, piled up, or heavily pressed, to keep the roller core from being misaligned or bent, ensuring normal use of the roller core.
Third, during the operation of roller products, the roller shaft heads and bearings should always be kept well lubricated. Poor lubrication can lead to wear and gaps in the roller shaft heads and bearings, which will inevitably result in uneven printing ink. Additionally, issues like jumping or slipping of the gel can cause printing streaks. Regular use should involve frequent lubrication of the roller shaft heads and bearings to prevent wear and ensure the normal use of the rollers, maintaining work efficiency and quality.
