This product is a multifunctional silane coupling agent successfully used in the rubber industry. Its function is to improve the compatibility of rubber with fillers, enhance the reinforcing effect of fillers, significantly improve the mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber, reduce rolling resistance, heat generation during compression, wear, and permanent deformation; eliminate the impact of fillers on vulcanization speed and crosslinking degree; reduce the Mooney viscosity of the rubber compound, and improve the processing process; at the same time, it also has a certain effect on eliminating the reversion of vulcanization. It is suitable for polymers containing double bonds (such as NR, NBR, SBR, IR, BR, EPDM, and their blends) or rubber formulations using hydroxyl-containing fillers (such as white carbon black, silicates, etc.).

Function :

1. Unvulcanized rubber compound

(1) Reduce Mooney viscosity;

(2) Reduce scorching phenomenon;

(3) Improve the degree of vulcanization;

(4) Significantly improve mixing, calendering, and extrusion characteristics.

2. Vulcanized rubber

(1) Increase tensile strength;

(2) Increase set strength;

(3) Reduce permanent deformation;

(4) Improve heat generation and dynamic properties;

(5) Improve silica wear resistance:

(6) Increase tear strength;

(7) Improve swelling in water and other substances.

Packaging and Storage:

◆ Plastic drum packaging, with a net weight of 25kg and 200kg per drum.

◆ Before transportation and storage, check that the product packaging is intact. During transportation and storage, it should be classified and stacked in a dry, clean, and cool warehouse, and prevent the product from getting damp, heated, or deteriorated.
