       A. Non-sulfur rubber material: The mixing time in the internal mixer is too long, resulting in too much carbon black gel.
       B. Sulfur-added rubber material: High rubber temperature and roller temperature cause scorching, mixed with some already reduced rubber material.
      The vulcanization of rubber is the process of converting the essentially plastic raw rubber into elastic and dimensionally stable products through the chemical cross-linking action between rubber molecules. The physical properties of vulcanized rubber are stable, and the temperature range for use is expanded. The term "Curing" is commonly used throughout the rubber industry and holds an important position in rubber chemistry. The cross-linking (vulcanization) reaction capability between rubber molecular chains depends on their structure. Unsaturated diene rubbers (such as natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and nitrile rubber) contain unsaturated double bonds in their molecular chains, which can form intermolecular cross-links with sulfur, phenolic resins, organic peroxides, etc., through substitution or addition reactions. Saturated rubbers are generally cross-linked using free radicals with certain energy (such as organic peroxides) and high-energy radiation. Rubbers containing special functional groups (such as chlorosulfonated polyethylene) form cross-links through specific reactions of various functional groups with designated substances, such as the sulfonamide group in rubber cross-linking through reactions with metal oxides and amines.
