The film glue used in the laminating roller glue process is coated, and the glue used is solvent-based and emulsion-based, which can be prepared at any time. In other words, there are many preparations for the coating operation, first measuring and preparing the solvent and solution to ensure they are fully mixed. The water-based coating process is a cold lamination operation, with a complexity level between coating and pre-coated films. It does not require a drying tunnel, nor does it need to increase the temperature of the pressure rollers and heating rollers; it only requires controlling the roller pressure, covering speed, and amount of glue applied. After winding, the film can be cut in about 15 minutes. After lamination, the laminating machine is cleaned with water.

The instant lamination machine consists of three parts: glue application, drying, and hot pressing.
