Paper printed productsLaminating roller glueis one of the post-printing processing procedures. The paper is bonded to a plastic film coated with adhesive under the pressure of rubber rollers and electric heating rollers, forming a paper-plastic integrated product. After coating, the surface of the printed product appears smoother and shinier, greatly enhancing the glossiness and durability of the printed product, extending the product's lifespan, and providing protection against water, stains, wear, folding, and chemical corrosion.

Brief description of the laminating process of laminating roller glue: Depending on the different raw materials and equipment used, the laminating methods for paper printed products can be divided into three types: coating lamination, pre-coated lamination, and water-based lamination: 1. The film glue used in the laminating roller glue process is coated, and the glue used is solvent-based and emulsion-based, which can be prepared at any time. In other words, there are many preparations for the coating operation, first measuring and preparing the solvent and solution to ensure they are fully mixed. Then, increase the temperature of the laminating machine's drying tunnel, and adjust the wind speed, temperature, and air volume in the drying tunnel, as well as the pressure and temperature of the pressure rollers. Once all preparations are correct, the lamination operation can proceed. After the coating is completed, the coating machine is thoroughly cleaned with alcohol. 2. The preLaminating roller gluelamination process uses films produced and supplied by specialized manufacturers, which are coated with adhesive. The adhesives used are usually hot-melt and solvent-volatile. The preparation work for pre-coated films is relatively simple, requiring no preparation of glue solution, and no need to increase the temperature of the drying tunnel; it only requires adjusting the pressure, temperature, and speed of the laminating rollers to optimal conditions before proceeding with the coating operation. 3. The water-based coating process is a cold lamination operation, with a complexity level between coating and pre-coated films. It does not require a drying tunnel, nor does it need to increase the temperature of the pressure rollers and heating rollers; it only requires controlling the roller pressure, covering speed, and amount of glue applied. After winding, the film can be cut in about 15 minutes. After lamination, the laminating machine is cleaned with water.

The mechanical equipment for laminating roller glue can be divided into two types: coating machines and pre-coating machines. 1. The instant lamination machine consists of three parts: glue application, drying, and hot pressing. The glue application part is equipped with an adjustment device to regulate the amount of glue applied to meet the coating requirements of different printing areas, and the glue roller is made of chrome-plated steel. The drying tunnel is generally about 2-3 meters long, equipped with infrared lamps and electric fans for drying the adhesive and eliminating waste gas. The hot pressing part consists of rubber rollers and metal rollers, which are hollow and equipped with electric heating tubes, with temperature automatically controlled. The pressure of this set of rollers is adjustable, which is a key part of the lamination process, directly related to the bonding strength of the product's lamination. The instant lamination machine is the most widely used laminating machine. 2. The pre-coated laminating machine has no glue application device and drying device, is small in size, flexible and convenient to operate, has stable working performance, and a wide range of applications, not only suitable for laminating a large number of printed products but especially suitable for small and scattered printed products in automated office systems.Laminating roller glue.
